Gastronomy is one of the main success factors of your seminar and it is also one of our strengths.
From buffet breakfast to dinner, including a gourmet break with homemade pastries and plated lunch, all your wishes will be taken into account to best satisfy your requirements.
From the start of the day, your employees will be pampered by our team and will be able to enjoy the copious breakfast buffet, generously stocked with sweet or savory treats, homemade pastries and pastries, local products (cold meats, cheeses, honey, etc.), a selection of hot drinks, healthy and delicious juices and a corner of organic and gluten-free products.
For your coffee breaks, our pastry chefs offer you an assortment of homemade treats accompanied by hot drinks, gourmet fruit juices and a basket of fresh fruit, all arranged around our friendly bar area located close to your meeting rooms.
Our gourmet restaurant
For lunch or dinner, it is in our restaurant Le Coeur that you will share this moment with your colleagues, plated service or buffet style (for a minimum of 40 guests, lunchtime only). This modern and warm place with a capacity of around 100 seats will welcome you in a chic and artistic mountain atmosphere thanks to the various exhibitions of current artists.
Unique, its magnificent glass cheese cellar will allow you to discover the tastes and flavors of our beautiful region, and more broadly the know-how of the different territories of France.

Placed under the sign of conviviality and sharing, small groups (up to 30 people) will be able to discover, during the winter season, a gastronomic journey between Savoie and Mauritius, to be explored in our restaurant Le Cin5, which was awarded its 1st star in the Michelin Guide in March 2024..
In this chic and modern place you will discover seasonal gourmet cuisine which will contrast perfectly with the traditional side of our Savoyard cuisine and will take you on a refined culinary journey based on the memories and know-how of our Chef.
