YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

In line with the values and standards of our establishment, you help enhance the quality and image of our brand. You are the right hand of the Executive Housekeeper.

• Train floor supervisors / valets & chambermaids /housekeeping attendants in the establishment’s procedures.
• Organize and coordinate housekeeping staff activities and ensure that the work performed complies with the quality charter of the establishment as well as hygiene and safety standards.
• Take part in elaborating staff schedules according to room occupancy.
• Check the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and report any issues to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Ensure that rooms and sanitary facilities are cleaned, disinfected, and tidied according to the required standards.
• Maintain communication with the front desk regarding room status.
• Motivate the team to achieve the set objectives.
• Respond to specific guest requests.
• Organize and coordinate laundry service (washing, ironing, cleanliness checks, etc.).
• Manage guest laundry within the establishment.

• You are a graduate of a hospitality school or have solid experience in luxury hospitality in a similar role.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and clean the EuroCave wine cabinets in both restaurants.
• Stock and manage the wine cellars, keeping the daily cellar book up to date.
• Conduct the monthly inventory of the wine cellars.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the food menu, beverages, and the Chef’s daily specials.
• Recommend wines to guests based on their tastes and chosen dishes.
• Prepare and serve drinks with proper service etiquette.
• Proactively promote daily bottle sales.
• Manage open bottles, wine by the glass, and customer wine.
• Clean the back office area at the end of service: wash glasses, sanitize plates and cutlery with vinegar, and clean the floor.

• You hold a diploma from a hospitality school or have solid experience in luxury hospitality in a similar position.
