Open summer and winter, our gourmet restaurant Le Coeur welcomes you from breakfast with its buffet of varied sweets.

What better way to start your day than a good full breakfast including a selection of the best local, organic, lactose-free and gluten-free products to satisfy everyone’s needs and gourmet desires?

On our buffet you will find a selection of dried fruits and oilseeds, cereals and sweet treats: pastries, muffins, cakes, marbled cakes, brioches, crepes, pancakes… different kinds of breads, homemade jams, compotes, yogurts and milks with vegan option, fruit salads, fresh fruit, “healthy” fruit juices… A savory assortment: cheese, salmon, cold meats, scrambled eggs… As well as an additional egg menu: eggs with flat, soft-boiled, in an omelet… garnished with truffle? … There is something for every taste !

For dinner, whether you are a hotel resident or an external guest, this warm and contemporary restaurant welcomes you in a chic mountain atmosphere.

Gourmet, sharing cuisine with a menu made from fresh produce that changes with the seasons: Bornes pig, lamb shank confit with cabbage, fish from our Breton coasts, Bresse poultry, gyoza a la plancha with artichoke truffled, Belle-Hélène Savoie pear poached with winter spices, grand cru chocolate mousse…

Take a seat and watch through the glass doors as the brigade works to prepare gourmet dishes.

Alexandre Ciesielski

Son of a restaurateur in Nantes, Le Clos du Cellier, Alexandre was immersed in this world from a very young age. He cut his teeth at 17 at Georges Blanc then grew up in prestigious addresses, Maison Lameloise (Eric Pras), Le Pashmina in Val Thorens (Romuald Fassenet), The Villa in Calvi & Le Domaine de Murtoli (Laurent Renard), La Butte à Plouider (Nicolas Coraux) and the Four Seasons in Megève (Julien Gatillon).

Of Polish and Savoyard origin, Alexandre will be able to serve you a cuisine of character by working with local products from the land and lake.

Unique, the glass-enclosed cheese cellar stocked by local cheesemakers, contains treasures from our beautiful region that you absolutely must discover during your stay in our House: Reblochon, Tommes des Bauges, Moelleux du Revard, Chevrotin, Persillé des Aravis … Le Coeur is also the tasting of our finest specialties!

Le Coeur welcomes you

The proximity to our customers and the personalized treatment offered to each of our guests during the service will make your dinner a moment of special relaxation.

If you are a resident of the hotel and you opt for the half-board offer, you will have the opportunity to choose each day from the menu the dish that you will enjoy tasting (additional charge applicable for certain dishes.)

We will be able to adapt to all your requirements regarding your different diets and food intolerances.
