More than a hotel
The only five-star hotel in La Clusaz, Au Coeur du Village is the dream of a man, Gaston Pollet-Villard, and his son Olivier, who wanted to embody Savoyard hospitality with refinement.
Gaston Pollet Villard, founder and still at the head of the eponymous group, comes from a family whose roots have been anchored in the Aravis Massif for several generations.
A visionary, he quickly took part in the economic development of the village of La Clusaz and contributed to its tourist development.
In 2000 he began to develop the project for a 5-star hotel in the heart of his native village, convinced that, to support the development of the La Clusaz resort, accommodation was needed to match it…

An ambitious project
Build a charming, cozy and cocooning establishment, meeting the requirements of a clientele wanting more services, while remaining discreet and serene.
From this project were born 50m² suites with modular partitions offering both space and privacy, a gastronomic restaurant (starred in March 2024), a gourmet brasserie, as well as a spa: the Cristal Spa, perfectly integrated into the environment. At the hotel, children will be able to benefit from a special welcome during school holidays.
