For over a century, the MICHELIN Guide has been recognising exceptional restaurants around the world, assessing each establishment according to specific criteria: the quality of the ingredients, the harmony and mastery of flavours, technique, the chef’s personality as expressed through their dishes, as well as the consistency and coherence of the menu over time. Receiving a star means offering cuisine of great finesse, which is well worth a visit.
