A word from the Chef
« The art of cooking is represented by true and tasty flavors, perfect cooking times and balanced seasonings, in full harmony between tradition and modernity. We like simple things and we enhance local products as well as products from our mountains such as the herbs and flowers that we pick ourselves. Our aim is to mix local flavors with foreign products, discovered during our travels, and with our teams to assemble them as precisely as possible by taking care of the visual. This one, together with the smell and the taste, will seduce the taste buds of our guests with their originality. » Vincent Deforce

Our superb wine cellar abounds in fine wines selected by Isabelle MABBOUX Sommelier Chef of the gastronomic restaurant "La Voile" (Hôtel Impérial Palace - Annecy) and finalist of the "Best Sommelier of France 2018" competition. 
Isabelle gives great importance to her selection and she pays a particular attention to Savoy wines which become environmentally friendlier thanks to a bio-dynamic agriculture.
To tempt you, here are a few “Coupe de Coeur” wine references on the menu. Brice Omont and the Domaine des Ardoisières with Quartz and Amethyst, Emmanuel Reynaud owner of the vines of Château Rayas and his legendary Diamant Pourpre from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Les Vieilles vignes by Christophe Perrot-Minot, the future Henri Jayer of Burgundy but also the Saint-Emilion grand cru Les Trois Origines by distinguished wine expert Stéphane Derenoncourt…
Throughout the winter, themed evenings will be presented to you for Christmas, New Years and Valentine's Day as well as a week of Truffles and one that celebrates Spring to discover exceptional products cooked according to the overflowing inspiration and creativity of our Chefs.
