How beautiful this star is!

It comes to honor the long work and creativity of its chef Vincent Deforce, joined since this winter by the young and talented Alexandre Ciesielski.

It was in 2012 that Vincent Deforce, then pastry chef, joined chef Thomas Eudier† at the Au Cœur du Village***** Relais & Castles in La Clusaz.

A friendship and a natural complicity quickly linked them and led to the opening in 2016 of the gourmet restaurant Le Cin5. A great adventure marred by the premature death of Thomas Eudier in April 2017. Vincent Deforce promises to win the star.

The cuisine of Le Cin5 restaurant

It’s a confidential trip where the five senses are stimulated in 3 or 5 stopovers at dinner time only.

Here, the authenticity of Savoyard products subtly blends with the sweet and spicy flavors of Mauritius, the chef’s training stopover and where his wife Joëlle comes from.
