From the buffet breakfast to dinner passing by a tasty gourmet break with home-made patisseries and table-service lunch we will take into consideration all your wishes for total satisfaction.

Our team will pamper your collaborators as soon as the day begins with a copious breakfast buffet, brimming with sweet and savoury delights, home-made pastries and cakes, local delicacies such as charcuterie, cheese and honey, a selection of hot drinks, healthy and delicious juices and a selection of organic and gluten-free products.
 
For your coffee breaks, our pastry chefs will lay out a selection of mouth-watering home-made treats accompanied by freshly made hot drinks, delicious fruit juice and a fresh fruit platter easily accessible from your meeting rooms in our friendly bar area.
Spend relaxing and informal mealtimes with your collaborators in our gourmet le Cœur restaurant with table-service or buffet style meals for a minimum of 40 guests.
 
The contemporary and friendly restaurant can cater for up to 100 guests in a chic, alpine setting surrounded by temporary exhibitions by up and coming photographers and painters.
 
Chef Vincent Deforce’s inspired menu is conceived using fresh products throughout the changing seasons.
 
Any food allergies or intolerances should be declared before the event and appropriate changes will be made to the products used.
 
The majestic and unique cheese cellar is stocked with a multitude of delicious local cheeses as well as a wider selection of French cheeses to discover and savour.
 
For a gastronomic evening that will linger long in the memory, during the winter season, small gatherings of 30 people can discover the exquisite dining experience of our le Cinq restaurant.
