Le Cin5 retains its Michelin star
We are extremely proud to be celebrating yet another Michelin Guide award for our Michelin-starred restaurant Le Cin5.
Thanks to the talent and commitment of Chef Vincent Deforce and his team, this prestigious distinction has been renewed, confirming the excellence and authenticity of our cuisine.
What is a Michelin star?
For over a century, the Michelin Guide has been rewarding the best restaurants in the world. Winning a star means that the restaurant offers ‘cuisine of great finesse, worth the stop’. It is a mark of excellence, awarded on the basis of strict criteria such as the quality of the products, the mastery of flavours and techniques, the personality of the chef in the kitchen, the value for money and the regularity of service.
A star, the fruit of a collective effort
If the star shines on Le Cin5, it is above all thanks to passionate teamwork. In the kitchen, Chef Vincent Deforce orchestrates a close-knit brigade where every detail counts. His unique approach blends the flavours of Mauritius and the Savoyard terroir, a signature that can be found on every plate. Behind each dish, a chain of talents is at work, from the selection of produce to the meticulous preparation of the dishes.
Two menus for a star-studded experience
At Cin5, guests can choose between two carefully crafted gastronomic menus:
- The Alamanda Menu, which invites you to immerse yourself in the world of the Chef, with subtle and refined combinations of flavours.
- The Banyan Menu, a more complete experience, to discover the full richness of Cin5 cuisine through a series of exceptional dishes.
