MEETING ROOMS

Our establishment boasts 6 seminar rooms including some that can be adapted depending on the size of your event.

 

Our central Quartz room is 200m² and can be separated into 3 different spaces of 60 to 70m² to tailor for your needs.

This large space has removable exterior partitions that can be entirely opened onto the lobby area, creating an impressive total space of 700m², ideal for the organisation of an inauguration or a cocktail evening.

 

The room also has a convenient direct access from the delivery bay to minimise any disruption.

 

More informal meetings can be organised in less conventional surroundings that we can personalisedepending on your requirements.

 

There are many possibilities: our Chalet suite with its solid wooden table lends itself perfectly to a meeting for up to 8 people, we can rent a suite for a team of 6 to 8 people, or our charming cigar room for a team of less than 10.

 

Together we will examine the best solutions for your needs.

 

Our meeting rooms all benefit from natural light and a powerful internet connection that can sustain simultaneous users and the sending of large files. 

 

The Quartz room is equipped with a 7000 lumens video-projector and sound system with HF microphones. As for the meeting rooms, they are equipped with 3000 lumens video-projectors and free-standing screens.

We work with exterior service providers for more complex technical installations such as mixing desks, lapel microphones, site reminders and translation headsets, all of which can be organised to your requirements.
