Your main missions under the responsibility of our General Housekeeper:

• Train floor managers / valets & chambermaids / crew members in establishment procedures.
• Organize and coordinate the activities of floor staff and monitor compliance of the work carried out according to the establishment’s quality charter and health and safety standards.
• Participate in the development of team schedules based on room occupancy.
• Check the cleanliness of rooms and common areas and report malfunctions to your manager.

• Ensure the link with reception regarding the status of the rooms.
• Mobilize your team to achieve the set objectives.
  Interact with customers for specific requests.
